About the Event
The Psychiatry Interest Forum (PIF) is excited to host our popular in-person Introduction to Psychiatry Short Course in Orange at the University of Sydney, School of Rural Health on Saturday 23 March 2024.
Eligible PIF members who are medical students and prevocational doctors (PGY 1, PGY 2) from New South Wales (NSW) are invited to apply for a scholarship to attend the short course. Dedicated scholarships are available to NSW PIF members who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
The PIF short course will be a full day course on Saturday, followed by a (optional) social function in the evening. The short course will include presentations and networking opportunities with local Fellows and trainees. This will be a fantastic opportunity to gain further insights into psychiatry career and its diverse subspecialties, the rural opportunities and the RANZCP Fellowship program.
